SetForWork
New accounts start on the free Basic plan, with no card and nothing to cancel. The Pro trial is something you choose to start: if your account is still inside its signup window you can add a card to try Pro, and the subscription then begins automatically at £24/month when the trial ends.
The trial runs to the end of that signup window rather than for a fresh five days from the day you add the card, so starting it late gives you a shorter trial. Your Account page shows the date you have to start by. Past that point there is no trial and subscribing charges you straight away — the checkout page says so before you confirm.
Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all. You can do it from your Account page, and you keep Pro right up to the end of the trial — whatever date that is. Your Account page and the Stripe confirmation both show it, and cancelling early does not cut it short.
Once the trial has converted and the first payment has been taken, the sections below apply.
You can cancel your SetForWork Pro subscription at any time from your Account page.
No phone calls, no forms — just click cancel and you're done.
When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan with standard monthly limits.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. Your access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
