SetForWork does not guarantee completeness, regulatory compliance, or suitability for any specific job.

3. No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide legal, engineering, health & safety, or regulatory advice.

All outputs are generated automatically and must be reviewed by a competent person before use.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SetForWork shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of income
• Property damage
• Regulatory penalties
• Business interruption

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

SetForWork offers:

• A free plan (limited monthly usage)
• A paid Pro subscription (£7/month)

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time via your account settings.

No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods unless required by law.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may modify or discontinue features without notice.
